Jake Nash Cease and Desist Letter

    Dear Mr Jake Nash,

    I am writing regarding the police report (Crime Reference Number – 47230037446). Hereafter referred to as ‘The Report.’

    On 17th March 2023, you visited my residence, threatening and then begging me not to proceed with The Report that describes my allegations of your sexual offences committed at the Lottbridge Golf Club in Eastbourne between 2017 and 2019.

    In the past year, I have been approached by your proxies half a dozen times, threatening physical harm to me and my family for speaking out, causing me to fear for my life and my family’s. They have gone as far as to state that I will be killed If I am ever caught out alone. I have reported two such cases to the police and have made records of all the times these events took place. A couple of your
    proxies mentioned:

    • Edward Giddins
    • Matthew Isepp

    I can only assume that these two are part of the six people you threatened would come to my house on your behalf to ensure I “kept quiet” when you came to my residence in March 2023. My only recourse is to proceed with the criminal investigation.

    However, if you and your proxies cease all threatening and malicious activities towards me and my family, then I will continue to hold off my signing off on the sexual assault criminal investigation only because you begged me to and apologised for the acts. Sussex police have told me that there is no statute of limitations on sex crimes, hence why I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that you can change as you are only in your twenties.

    To that end, I require:

    • That you cease any threatening behaviour to prevent me from proceeding with The Report.
    • You should notify your associates that any threatening behaviour towards me or my family will result in having to proceed with The Report.
    • That you provide a written undertaking that you will cease from any future infringements regarding The Report.
    • I require you to comply with the terms laid out above.

    I will send this cease-and-desist letter to your work and home and post it online. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above, I will proceed with The Report, which may also include injunctions, claims for legal expenses and damages, or other actions, depending on the advice of my legal counsel.
